ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT PERCEPTION AS A DETERMINANT FOR EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

The performance of employees is crucial in influencing the survival firms, and so, what improves employee's significant. Therefore, this study examined workers' perception supervisor support how it could improve their work vigour selected microfinance banks southeast Nigeria. A survey research design was adopted by study, population consisted 500 50 region a complete enumeration used. self-developed questionnaire deployed data collection analyzed using simple regression, hypothesis tested at 5% level significance, signifying 95% confidence level. findings revealed that there statistically significant relationship between employee Nigeria (R = .963; RSquare .928; F 3314.956; P-value < 0.05). concluded POS as measured positively correlates with engagement Sequel to this, recommended management studied need always evaluate supervisors do supervised because equate firm does. This will go long way making behave best possible lead better engagement.
